Mersey Wave Choir, Young Singers and Fron Male Voice Choir raised the roof on St Ambrose Church, Speke, Liverpool on 20th February 2015 for a special concert called 'World in Union.' The audience were treated to gorgeous singing from the 'Voices of Valley' and Mersey Wave!
The evening raised funds for Mother of Mercy Society, a local charity that supports the homeless on the streets of Liverpool, and Speke Youth Group. The choirs were led by Jason Ellis and Leigh Mason and Owen Roberts piano/organ. I love being involved in putting together these concerts in Liverpool and seeing the choirs, young singers and audiences growing from strength to strength! With special thanks to all the volunteers involved in the evening and Fr Ed Cain and Carol Mason for all of their continued support!
