Liverpool Philharmonic Christmas Concert

It has been an absolute privilege to countdown to Christmas this year as soloist for the magical Royal Liverpool Philharmonic ‘Spirit of Christmas’ concerts at home in #Liverpool

It was a joy to sing again with Conductor Ian Tracey, Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra, Choir and Youth Choir & Simon Emery and to share the stage with wonderful host Dr Kadiatu Kanneh-Mason.

Thanks also to Ian and Tim Jackson for stunning arrangements of some of my favourite songs and to Sandra Parr and the whole backstage and front of house team - who are amazing making magical events all year round!

Also, thank you to the Liverpool Philharmonic Youth Brass Band who gifted everyone carols outside the entrance of the hall before the concert I could hear them from my dressing room as I was getting ready and it was amazing!

Last but by no means least - the warmth and love we all felt every night from the beautiful sold-out audiences will stay with me forever   Thank you #Liverpool you are the Spirit of Christmas
