Following a Public Final Audition on Friday 21st May 2010 at Wigmore Hall in London, Kathryn was thrilled to be selected for representation by the Young Concert Artists Management Trust, based in London.
A total of eight finalists were heard, chosen from 120 applicants in the preliminary rounds. The jury consisted of Robert Rattray (Chief Executive, Askonas Holt), Heather Duncan (Head of Concerts and Programming, Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra), Jonathan Reekie (Chief Executive, Aldeburgh Music), Cathy Graham (Head of Music, British Council) Sir Brian McMaster (former director, Edinburgh Festival) and Alasdair Tait (Chief Executive, YCAT).
As classical event promoters YCAT present concerts to showcase its artists, including concerts in London as part of the YCAT Wigmore Lunchtime Series, Southbank Purcell Room Presentation Concerts and performances in Manchester at the Bridgewater Hall.
