JANUARY 2011, ROYAL COLLEGE OF MUSIC, LONDON

Kathryn was delighted to be awarded the Audience Prize  at  the  Worshipful Company of Musician’s (WCOM)  Prince’s  Prize Finals Concert held at the Parry Rooms at the Royal College of Music in  London on Friday 21st January 2011.

Kathryn received the highest number of votes in the audience  ballot and the Mrs. Prudi Hoggarth prize was   presented to Kathryn by her son.  The Prince’s   Prize was established to mark the installation of His Royal Highness the  Prince of Wales as an Honoray Freeman of the WCOM in 2003.  The five finalists, all previous prize winners  with the Company, were selected  to  perform by invitation to recognise the most promising young instrumentalist or  singer from the Company’s Award winners.    Kathryn has previously been  awarded a silver medal and an Allcard Award by the Company and will perform in  a WCOM Maisie Lewis Recital at Wigmore Hall in July 2011.
